When you arrive at Noi Bai International airport in Hanoi, you’ll be smilingly met and transferred to your
downtown hotel. Note: Early check-in not included today.
In the afternoon, at 13.30 you’ll start an afternoon city tour including the Temple of Literature –
Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070; Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake – the Ngoc Son
Temple is set on a tiny island on Hoan Kiem Lake, its history dating back to the 13th century; a cyclo ride
for 1 hour touring through the narrow, chaotic streets of the Old Quarter – a must for any visitor to
Hanoi!

After breakfast, a 2-hour road trip through picturesque countryside and agricultural land will take you to Hoa Lu. On arrival, your guide will lead you through this ancient complex which formed the capital city of Vietnam under both the Dinh and Le Dynasties between 968 and 1009 AD. King Dinh Tien Hoang chose this mountain location as the water systems fed from the mountains were perfect for both agriculture and defense. Enjoy the sight of palaces, pagodas, tombs and pavilions built by different dynasties and visit the Dinh and Le Temples, the two remaining architectures of Hoa Lu. Afternoon transfer to the pier for a three-hour sampan ride to explore the picturesque waterways in Trang An ecological site. The area features more than 30 valleys and 50 cross-water caves and is home to 600 species of plants and over 200 types of animals. You will venture through a network of limestone caves in the quiet, fresh air, with only the sound of birds and the oars stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent, forested mountains. Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Lunch and dinner at Indian restaurant.

At 08.00, you will be picked up at your hotel and start the scenic 3.5 hour drive to Halong Bay, one of the most spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Areas and the world’s largest marine limestone ‘karst’ landscape. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break en-route. Meet the crew upon boarding a cruise boat, then relax and enjoy lunch while the boat heads towards the secluded islands. Visit a fishing village by a rustic rowing-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and pearl farms. Return to the boat refreshed and relax on sundeck with a drink to watch the sunset. Enjoy a freshly prepared seafood dinner under the stars. Overnight on a cruise boat in Halong Bay

Enjoy an early morning swim/Taichi (if weather permits) followed by breakfast. You will visit a famous ancient limestone cave in the middle of the bay where you’ll discover magnificent stalagmites and stalactites as you walk along the lit paths on a guided tour. Enjoy a tasty brunch while cruising back to the main harbor Pier where your private car will be waiting for you and transfer you back to Noi Bai airport where you will have an late afternoon flight to Danang.
Upon arrival at Danang, our driver and guide will smilingly met you and transferred you to hotel for overnight.

You will visit Marble Mountain (Vietnamese: Ngu Hanh Son; literally “five elements’ mountains”) Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain. Stone steps carved into the mountain lead to a Buddhist Pagoda. Hike up the stone stairs and visit the caves and pagodas as well as admire the beautiful panoramic view. Linh Ung Pagoda at Marble Mountains has been designated a national historical and cultural site by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. You will also visit Linh Ung Son Tra Pagoda, a must-visit spiritual site in Da Nang, featuring Vietnam’s tallest Lady Buddha statue at 67 meters. Perched on Sơn Trà Peninsula, it offers stunning sea views, serene temple grounds, and intricate Buddhist architecture, making it a perfect spot for both sightseeing and reflection. And then visit Han Market for shopping.
In the afternoon you will be taken to Cam Thanh village where you will ride in a basket boat, take part in a boat racing competition, catch crab with a rod and row through a coco palm forest.
Next transfer to visit Hoi An ancient town. You’ll start a walking tour with the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Following the narrow lanes, you’ll meander through tiny streets studded by houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures.
Finally take a short lantern boat trip: Cruise along the river, release the lantern is not only brings beauty to traditional culture but this activity also brings an extremely deep spiritual value to the local people here and tourists too! Experience a boat ride and release lanterns on Hoai River, Hoi An Ancient Town
(30-minute boat ride and 1 lantern per person).

Overnight in Danang

08:00 AM: you will be picked up at your hotel lobby for a short drive to Bana Hills. Upon arrival, embark on the first cable car ride to reach Bana Hills. The cable car system at Bana Hills is one of the most modern ones in Southeast Asia and is one of the World’s longest and highest cable car rides. Visit the Dream Stream Cable car station and see the panoramic views of Danang City from above. After the first cable car ride, you will visit the Golden Bridge that has recently gone viral, Le Jardin D’amour (consists of 9 gardens) and Linh Ung pagoda.
You will then continue with the 2nd cable car to visit the French Village Campanile, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple and Tea Shop. You might consider challenge the most popular adventure ride – Alpine Coaster (NOT included in your entrance ticket), follow by buffet lunch. Your next stop will be at Fantasy Park, an amusement park inspired by French chateaus and palaces. 15:00: Return to the cable car station to leave Bana Hills and another transfer will take you back to your hotel.

Overnight in Danang

After breakfast, you will be taken to Danang airport for an afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, pick up and transfer to visit Cu Chi Tunnels where you will visit the amazing network of underground tunnels was used during the Vietnam War by the Viet Cong. This huge construction was a habitation for villagers in the war time. With 3 levels of depth, it was never discovered by the US during the Vietnam War despite its proximity to Saigon. Visit the fighting tunnel system with your local guide.
Return to your hotel at around 16.00.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

At 08.00 AM, you’ll head south to My Tho pier to board a boat on the Mekong River for a sight-seeing of the four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, Phoenix and Rach Mieu bridge. Heading to Thoi Son (Unicorn Island, the biggest island in this area which is about 1.200 square hectare and about 11 km long) to see beehives and enjoy honey tea at local house. Continuing to An Hoa Island, Ben Tre province to visit a coconut candy workshop. Taking horse-carriage ride (or electric cart) along the village road. Resting at a farmhouse to enjoy some fresh tropical fruits and listen to some traditional music performed by local people. Rowing small boat (sampan) along a beautiful natural canal and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the countryside. Returning to My Tho city and enjoy fresh coconut on the boat.
Return to My Tho Pier where your private vehicle will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City with stop enroute to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of an oldest in Southern Vietnam. The pagoda is also known as the largest pagoda and the most special architecture in Mekong Delta. Its architecture was influenced by Vietnamese culture and Khmer’s culture as well as European’s architecture. Return to your hotel at around 17.00.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour, starting with the Reunification Palace; the former South Vietnam Presidential Palace; the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, as you get your camera working overtime peeking into the past of Vietnam’s biggest, most energetically progressive city. You will also visit Ben Thanh Market with time for shopping.
Your time will be your own until being picked up to head to Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat Airport for
your onward journey or departure flight.
