Day Summary
Day 01: Arrival in Siem Reap and Cultural Introduction
Arrive at Siem Reap International Airport you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel for
check-in.
Your first cultural immersion begins with a visit to the Angkor National Museum.
This modern museum provides an excellent introduction to the history, art, and culture of
the Angkorian civilization.
Allow at least 2-3 hours to explore the various galleries and exhibits.
Consider exploring Pub Street for a vibrant atmosphere.

Day 02: Exploring Eastern Angkor
After breakfast Begin your temple exploration with Prasat Kravan.
This 10th-century temple is known for its unique interior brick carvings depicting Vishnu
and Lakshmi.
Continue to Preah Rup, a beautifully preserved mountain temple built in the late 10th
century.
Enjoy a local lunch at a restaurant near the temple sites.
Immerse yourself in the atmospheric jungle temple of Ta Prohm. Famous for the massive
tree roots intertwining with its stone structures, Explore Preah Khan, a large, sprawling
temple complex built in the 12th century by King Jayavarman VII.

Day 03: Banteay Srei & Phnom Kulen Mountain.
Embark on a visit to Banteay Srei, often called the “Citadel of Women” due to its delicate
and incredibly detailed carvings in pink sandstone.
Later proceed to visit Phnom Kulen Mountain – One of the most popular attractions in
Cambodia is the majestic Phnom Kulen mountain.
Phnom Kulen is a mountain range and a part of Phnom Kulen National Park in Siem Reap
Province.

Day 04: Grand Circuit and Angkor Thom's Majesty & Floating Village
Today Morning: Enter the walled city of Angkor Thom through its impressive South Gate,
adorned with giant stone faces. Your exploration within Angkor Thom will include:
Bayon: The iconic heart of Angkor Thom, famous for its numerous serene and smiling stone
faces carved on its towers.
Baphuon: A large, pyramid-shaped temple offering impressive views from its upper levels
(currently accessible).
Terrace of the Elephants: A 300-meter-long terrace adorned with carvings of elephants and
mythical creatures, used for royal ceremonies and public viewing.
Terrace of the Leper King: Another impressive terrace with intricate carvings, its exact
purpose remains debated.
Afternoon Immerse yourself in local craftsmanship with a visit to the Artisans Angkor
Sculptor Workshop.
Here, you can witness skilled artisans creating traditional Khmer crafts, including stone and
wood carvings, lacquerware, and silk painting.
Evening Experience the unique ecosystem and lifestyle of Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia’s
largest freshwater lake. You’ll take a boat trip to explore one of the floating villages, such as
Kampong Phluk or Chong Kneas.
Observe the stilted houses, floating schools, markets, and the daily lives of the people who
live on the lake.

Day 05: Iconic Angkor Wat and Sunset Spectacle
Dedicate your morning to the magnificent Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in

Have lunch at a restaurant near Angkor Wat.
Head to Bakheng hill for a panoramic sunset view over Angkor Wat and the surrounding
